  For this achievement you must kill 7 other players quickly to get an extermination. Not sure if you can get this with 8 controllers or boosting with a friend online but this is a way to get it by yourself with one controller. Play local and pick Juggernaut, 5 minutes and easy bots. there will be a mini-gun in the middle, grab it or kill the guy with it so you have it and then kill 7 other guys quickly to get an extermination multi-kill streak.   Ha, I got it trying to do it like this and one of the bots picked up a minion powerup right in front of me, pop went the achievement :)

  Another method that worked for me was to use a second controller with bots disabled, the juggernaut mode on the bunker map.
  The second controller would pickup the minions pickup twice then hide in one of the smaller square rooms off to the side.
  This would mean 9 "enemies" hiding in a single small area allowing you to easily get 7 kills in quick succession with the minigun

  Here's the technique I used to farm my 1,000 kills, which you'll also most likely get the Exterminator (7 rapid kills in a row without dying) achievement in the process with very little effort.
  
  Game mode: Juggernaut
  Level: The Bunker
  Time: 5 minutes (max time)
  
  Take the minigun back to your spawn and point it outwards where the AI will proceed to constantly walk into it.
  
  At some point, the AI will pick up the Kamikaze power-up, which makes them invincible until they explode, which will kill you.
  
  However, since you're in your own spawn, you should be able to respawn fast enough to stop them from taking the mini-gun away from your spawn. Repeat this a few times and the 1,000 kills will unlock quickly.
  
  In the video, the kills for the Exterminator Achievement starts at around 2:18 and unlocks at 2:25.
