This achievement can be obtained in the "Death Baby" level.
After the mine cart section and initial fight helping Cable, death asks you to pick a statue - chose the speak no evil one (orange/yellow)
A teleport will open, and head towards it.
Once inside, you start in a queue for the carnival - and are prompted by LT or RT to wait patiently or try and jump the queue.
Stay quiet throughout (LT) and when you reach the front this will unlock.
