Namaste Challenge achievement For Xbox Fitness

If you don't mind the price for this program, then load up Xbox Fitness and you can find these workouts in the Library under "Featured Content" section. Select "YO:30 for Xbox Fitness" and purchase the full Program. After the program is purchased, you can start.

For this Challenge, you need to get a 5 Star rating on each of the five workouts. The average amount of points to hit 5 stars in each workout was around 45,000-55,000 fitness points. (You can do these in any order)

These workouts require a bit of body flexibility and upper muscle strength as even the most fit person will feel the burn. If you follow the instructions from Jake Ferree, and make sure the Fitness multiplier meter is in the green most of the time you should get your 5 stars!

Note: Stamps are rewarded right after you finish 5 staring your last workout!

Side Note: Doing the first workout "Basics" a few times and hitting 150,000 fp you will earn the "Build the Basics" Challenge Achievement (until November 30th, 2015).

These workouts can be challenging to those who aren't as flexible or have a lot of upper body strength. Don't be afraid to fall, if you do, just get back up again and keep trying! Use the modifier's techniques if needed as well. Yoga is a mind and body workout and these are designed to help you get the most out of your yoga practice. The program will help establish a better mind-body connection with the basics of Yoga while challenging your body's limits. Enjoy the soothing background music while getting a healthy challenging Yoga experience and Jake will guide you on your journey for you to earn more stamps for those other achievements!!
