How to unlock the When a Plan Comes Together achievement

    You just need to find the build plans in Soren's room and the 6 clay blocks that are scattered in his room and outside.

    You need to put on the Enderman suit before going outside though.

    Once you build the item outside, Soren saves you and takes you inside.

    After some conversation choices, you leave the room rather quickly with Soren and the achievement unlocks.
