There have been multiple reports of this achievements not working, so don't say I didn't warn you!For this achievement, you have to defuse the bomb 5 times in Quick Match or Ranked. I advise you do this in Quick Match.
For you to be able to get this achievement, you
MUST be
DEFENDING in the
Bomb game mode.
It can not be done while playing in Hostage or Secure Area. Pick any operator that your good with.
This is also a super annoying achievement to aim for directly, as I did it just by playing the game. For you to make progress for the achievement, you have to let the enemy plant the defuser. After they plant the defuser, your job is to kill everybody else on the enemy team. After that, head over to the defuser that they planted and defuse it.
In Quick Match, your teammates could be annoying and team kill you while you are planting. Very annoying.
However, if your teammate is planting the defuser, you can team kill them and get the defuser for yourself. (Don't say you saw this from me
)
*In
Ranked matches, the only game mode is
Bomb, and the players will likely being playing at a higher level of focus. This means the bomb will be planted more often.
NOTE: If you want to strictly play Bomb, from the main menu, hit
. Then hit
for Options. Scroll down once and hit
on "Matchmaking preferences". Then turn Hostage and Secure Area off, and leave Bomb on. Hit
to apply
