This Achievement requires a good dose of luck, or a teammate running fire pots to assist you. I unlocked this using a Knight with a bastard sword, though any heavy blade, axe, or bladed polearm should work fine.

When you see an enemy who is on fire (or your partner lights somebody on fire), quickly get close to them and swing horizontally (RT) while aiming at their head and neck. If you're lucky, this will result in a decapitation, and the achievement.

Just remember that the fire effect will expire after a few seconds, so you have a limited window in which to do this. Good luck!

*you can earn the 10 headshots achievement with this method as well*

So I just unlocked this in horde mode. If you can't find anybody to play just shoot me a message or hang around because people will join eventually.

Anyway, play on the horde land level. Survive a round or two and earn enough gold (50)to purchase a sling . Bear in mind you can only purchase bewtween rounds. There is a burning building with a hole in the side and an open door. Get as few of them as you can to chase you while you run a few circles around and through the house and avoiding the flames. You will begin to hear the screams of the enemy as they start to burn to death. Turn around and maintain a far enough distance so as to not get hit by their weapons.

Take a deep breath, hold down your right trigger and just line up your headshot before releasing the trigger. It's a skill above all, so practice for a few rounds with the sling to get the feel for it) you will decapitate one of them and earn your rare achievement.
