    [Guide]

This achievement can be done on the yellow ramps on the airport runway . Hit them on the side to start making barrel rolls.

    Picture for reference:

I want to add one other detail that may save you a lot of time and effort.

The game registers your roll as a row as long as you hold the right trigger (accelerate). If you start making flips do not release the right trigger , hope that you will land or flip back on your wheels and repeat this process about 2 to 3 times. It will accumulate the rolls you made in the seperate jumps and you will get the Achievement.

It should be noted that one of the game updates is rumoured to cause some issues with the linking method. Although this is not confirmed and people have been able to obtain this achievement, using this method just fine after the updates have been downloaded it is worth mentioning that there is also a number of people that ran into some trouble. If this happens to you then you should go to your dashboard and clear your cache, using your system blade on your dashboard. Remove the update , start up your game again and don't download the update ( don't worry, you will be able to download it anytime when you log back in to xbox live) , now proceed as usual.

    further to GimmeDLC1's solution

couldn't do it using his method but i did manage to find the following video that i used and it worked first time. its the same principal but on an 'easier' roof.

N.B i did this using 'Liberty City Stories TLAD & TBOGT' disc instead of the 'GTA4' disc, you can get it using either!

not my video so credit to the original uploader!

Yummy BaklavaUpvote because this was a hell of a lot easier than any other method I have tried over the years.

Used the phone to spawn a helicopter, got to the top of the building, used the phone to spawn a police car, got the driver side of the car hanging off the building and it started to fall. Seven or eight rolls, landed flat and continued to drive.

KAIDOI can't get this on the backwards compatibility version. I think I have to play it on Xbox 360 with the gay disc.

Got it now, unlocked when I did it without cheats.

I noticed that there were a ton of solutions for this achievement, but here are the methods which I've tried that DID NOT work for me.

The method that Markyshizzle suggested in his solution did not work for me. I don't know why there has been a large amount of positive feedback for the most part, but it seems that using cheats (for me anyways) blocks any and every achievement.

The method that Cenrail suggested does not work for me either. It might be possible to get the achievement using the swingset glitch, but getting the glitch to work all depends on luck and even then, it might shoot your car completely straight and it might not flip at all. The holding the RT to link the rolls didn't work for me either. I did 10+ rolls when I was trying this a couple months ago and still nothing popped.

I also don't agree with Quiksilver723, who says in his solution that you have to get 5 rolls in the air and rolls on the ground don't count. That definitely isn't the case, when I went for the achievement, I remember I had 2 or 3 rolls on the ground and it popped.

What I personally suggest, is to use the yellow ramps at the Francis International Airport, which is the more used and more hated method. It's 70% luck 30% skill. If you keep hitting the ramps correctly, you'll eventually get it. Another suggestion I have is to not bother to take too much time looking for specific cars to attempt it with. I personally got the achievement using the smaller taxi. It depends a lot more on how you hit the jump than how fast your car is.

Here is a video (credit goes to YouTube user "kooki3m0n5t3r") showing that it most definitely is possible to do get this achievement using the FIA method. I do realize it's hard to find a Comet, but other cars are fine too.

ZordnilJust did it, online, at the airport runways. But i linked the rolls from 2 attempts by never releasing RT. I know thats what happend since i only rolled once on the second attempt.

    Anyway, thumbs up.

EthigyFinally, after many tries, it popped. This achievement is extremely luck based, persistence is definitely key.
