  Make sure that you equip the challenge before starting this run. A good card to have for this is the Well Read Card, which gives you all the codex skills. This allows the traps to be highlighted in red while in a crypt. This is what they look like without the skill (sorry if the image is a little dark):
  

  

  
  Turning on the Who Needs a Map? challenge can give you a good notification when you have found a new crypt. The ceiling spike traps are the traps that put the game in slow motion after activating their pressure plates, with Lara having to shoot the supports of the swinging blades. Successfully doing three of these will complete the challenge and unlock the achievement. You can usually find around 1-3 in each crypt. You can reset each crypt's traps by running far enough away from them.

  Done this 4 times and still nothing. And yes I'm putting the challenge on first.

  You should see the challenge update once you complete one (bar filling and it saying 1/3) all the way until you get all three. Make sure you actually trigger the trap and enter slow motion. Only other problem I can think of is any kind of server problem and connectivity. Let me know if any of this helps.

  does the trap needs to activate 3 spikes in a row? If so it may be the problem for some of us here because I done it yesterday but only one spike at a time and over 3 times but I haven't put the challenge for that gonna try it later today

  just a side note; it is possible for all endurance challenge related achievements to glitch. even if you select and complete the related challenge the achievement doesn't unlock. This can be solved by deleting your save data from the cloud and the xbox (save it to an external if you haven't completed all the main game achievements yet.) once you start the game with a fresh save the achievements should work again.

  ^this is the only achievement that cannot be obtained in coop. Coop does not do the slow down which allows you to shoot the traps thus it is not possible, so the challenge does not show up. Go to solo and it should be there

  It seems this achivment is glitch too. I must delete all saved data from local and cloud. Uninstall the game, reinstall once again with this dlc and play this challenge. Achievment unlock finally.

  So you can't get the achievement without the challenge? Bogus.
  
  I thought it glitched. Destroyed 5 in one crypt, no achievement.
