Battle High 2 A+School'dThe School'd achievement in Battle High 2 A+ worth 399 pointsCollect all students' journal entries.

Disclaimer: These journal entries can ONLY be completed in Arcade and Challenge Mode. Boosting them in Versus or Training Mode will NOT work. It is suggested to focus on completing all 14 challenges for a character before attempting the Arcade-related entries since it will help you learn that character and devise combos for accumulating high score bonuses to face Principal without using any continues.
This achievement is obtained by unlocking all journal entries for every character in the game. What the game refers to as "journal entries" are actually in-game objectives that you can complete for each of the 14 fighters in Battle High 2 A+. “Journal entry” is likely a school-based pun that coincides with the theme of the game set within a high school. These entries are akin to titles and icons seen in previous fighting games such as Street Fighter IV and Marvel vs Capcom 3. There are a total of 142 journal entries to unlock and they can be viewed by selecting “Journals” from the main menu. Each of the 14 characters has 10 total entries to complete. The other 2 unlockable entries are from both starting Battle High 2 A+ and from gathering the other 141 entries.

You will know you unlocked a journal entry because you will receive a notification in the form of a large tab dropping down at the top of your screen. Journal entries require you to complete multiple in-game tasks such as:

1. Play as _______ in Arcade Mode
This entry unlocks upon immediately selecting your respective character in Arcade Mode. It will unlock as the versus screen initiates.

2. Complete Arcade Mode with ________
This entry requires you to defeat all opponents in Arcade Mode with said selected character. Arcade Mode is 7 matches in length and contains a rival battle at the 4th match and a final boss match at the 7th fight. There is also a hidden 8th boss fight against Principal that can be reached if you accumulate enough score.

Please note that it is not recommended to do this on level 1 difficulty. The CPU difficulty doesn’t appear to change much from difficulty 1 through 8. It is likely best to try to unlock all 5 Arcade Mode-related entries in one run. See #5 for more information.

3. Complete Arcade Mode with ________ on the highest difficulty
This entry requires you to complete Arcade Mode with difficulty set to level 8. See #5 for details.

4. Complete Arcade Mode with ________ without using any continues
Each match in Arcade Mode is 2 rounds and this cannot be adjusted in the options menu. Be sure to utilize combos and dash cancels every chance you get. Link special moves into normal, heavy attacks, and dash cancels as much as possible. Abusing this method of attack will make Arcade a cake-walk even on level 8 difficulty. Challenge Mode is also an excellent reference for combo approach. It is suggested to practice Challenge Mode with said character before attempting Arcade Mode to get experienced with special moves and combos.

5. Defeat Principal in Arcade Mode with ________
Principal is a hidden boss character that only appears after scoring 200-250 million points by the end of the 7th match in Arcade Mode.

An efficient way to unlock this entry along with the previous 4 above (in one playthrough) is to go to Options and set the difficulty to 8. Also, make sure the Round Time is set to 99 to help your time bonus. Start Arcade Mode and select your character. When facing opponents you’ll want to aim for scoring high bonuses in Time, Health, and Combos. This means trying to win rounds as quickly as possible, while doing multi-hit combos all without getting hit (if possible). By the 7th match, if you gather around 200-250 million points, you will face Principal after defeating the penultimate opponent in Arcade.

6. Complete half of _________’s challenges in Challenge Mode
Challenge Mode contains 14 combo trials for each character. This entry unlocks upon clearing 7 of them. Please see Combo For Gain’s solution links below for details and tips on these trials.

7. Complete all of _________’s challenges in Challenge Mode
Challenge Mode contains 14 combo trials for each character. This entry unlocks upon clearing all 14 of them. Please see Combo For Gain’s solution links below for details and tips on these trials.

8. Defeat your opponent with ___________
These entries are essentially the “super finish” objectives. These require you to defeat your opponent in Arcade Mode with your Elemental Super Move. The super move must connect and also finish off your opponent with a knock out. Inputs for these moves can be found by pressing cn_start > Command List.

Please note that the CPU in this game appears to be stubborn about allowing super moves to hit and they frequently block or avoid them unless you combo into them (even on level 1 difficulty). It is suggested to jump in with a normal attack followed by a standing normal then cancel it into said super move. Crouching normal cancels might work also (depending on the character).

9. Use __________ ___ times in one match/round
These entries require you to use a special move for your character multiple times within a match or round. As a suggestion, go to options, and set the Round time to Infinite. Start Arcade and spam the input for said move repeatedly until it unlocks. It may be worth intentionally losing a round in order to rack up more if needed for the per match requirements.

10. Land a ____ hit combo with _____ in Arcade Mode
The majority of the roster has this entry but not all of them. These require you to hit a combo of a specific number of hits in Arcade Mode. It is suggested to go to Options, set difficulty to 1 and Round time to infinite. Repeatedly start up Arcade and select your character until you randomly face Bryan or Ryken as your opponent. These 2 opponents appear to be the easiest to perform combos on due to their tendency to remain stationary.

As a point of reference, please refer to Sanada's and MemoriesOfFinal's respective guides for each character’s journal entries.
