Fast Feet Challenge achievement For Xbox Fitness

Load up Xbox Fitness and you can find this workout in the Library under "Get Started" or "All Programs" section. Select "Athlete Fit".

For this Challenge, there are 2 requirements that need to be fulfilled

PART 1 - You need to complete 5 Athlete Fit workouts.
There are a total of two workouts although you can do one of the workouts five times or any combination to get PART of this challenge. These workouts are straight forward but you most likely will sweat. Since the challenge just says to complete them you don't need to 5 Star them but I would suggest at least trying to do your best.

PART 2 - You need to complete 20 challenge drills against friends.
The challenge has been updated to count any friend drill challenges beaten from ANY workout NOT just Athlete fit workouts and should now update right away.

If you have friends who play Xbox Fitness AND have played Athlete Fit workouts you are in luck. If not I would suggest adding a few people from TrueAchievements on the last page of tracked gamers from different challenge achievements and then you can delete them.

- Friends are not added to your Xbox Fitness until you restart the program and console.
- you only face one random friend who has done the workout in randomly selected challenge drills during each workout. (if you are having trouble beating a specific friend exit and restart the workout or only in extreme cases where they keep popping up you could delete them and restart the console)
- you need to beat 20 different drill challenges against any variation or one friend.
- challenge drills only have friends pop up if they have completed that work out previously.
- only one drill challenge pops up per drill so if a challenge against average people or yourself pop up go to the next one.
- Pausing and replaying a drill a few times will randomly pop up a drill challenge
(BE READY as they start as you press play again)
- drill challenges only pop up in workouts typically over 10 minutes only but since these are 20 min each there's no problem.
- you can not pause a challenge, it will continue or go away once unpaused
- to get more challenges in 1 workout pause and replay the drill if nothing pops up.
- Beating drill challenges against friends should now count right away toward the challenge

Full Program Cost: Free
# of Workouts: 5 +(depends on how many challenges you complete during each workout)
Avg. time of each workout: 20 min

Genre: Sports Fitness
Equipment: None
Primary Muscles Worked: Full Body

Name of each available workout:
- Workout 1 (20 Min)
- Workout 2 (20 Min)

Challenge Reward: 5 Stamps

Note: Stamps are Not rewarded right after you finish your last workout, so I would suggest doing another workout or a recovery workout to claim your reward stamps.

Xbox Live Note: The Tracking for Xbox Live on this Challenge may be delayed as you may get your achievement within a few hours to the next day. If this happens you will only get your reward stamps AFTER you have fully unlocked the achievement

This challenge can be taxing as its luck when and who you face for each workout and even forcing the drill challenges can take time and patience. Drink plenty of water, spread out workouts, and drink or eat protein afterwards to keep your body in good shape after each workout.
