Fit Frenzy Challenge achievement For Xbox Fitness

For this Challenge, You need to get a total of 1 Million Fitness Points on any mix of the "INSANITY for Xbox Fitness (Beachbody)" workouts. (Meaning you can do any combination of these 5 workouts, as many times as needed, and you do not need to do all 5) These work outs are quite challenging and I suggest taking it easy on these as you can get injured.

You can find these workouts in the "Featured Content" section.
Select "INSANITY for Xbox Fitness (Beachbody)" by Shaun T and purchase the full Program.

Avg. time of workouts: 35 - 45 min
Avg. Point values: All workouts seemed to have the same point scale per minute but depends on your skill and performance
(Note: This challenge does not count points from previous workouts with this Program)

Name of each workouts you may chose to do:
- Insane Cardio (35 min)
- Power Plyometrics (35 min)
- Max Intervals (35 min)
- Totally Jacked (35 min)
- Crazy Abs (35 min)

Challenge Reward: 8 Stamps

Note: Stamps don't get rewarded until you finish any other workout.
Suggestion: Do one of the Gatorade Recovery Workouts as they are quick and actually good for you after a workout and you will receive your stamps.

Xbox Live Note: The Tracking for Xbox Live on this Challenge may be delayed as you may get your achievement within a few hours to the next day. If this happens you will only get your reward stamps AFTER you have fully unlocked the achievement

Insanity workouts are made to be very challenging for your body but get results if done properly. Remember to drink plenty of water and spread your workouts far enough to make sure you don't hurt yourself. Make sure you taking the appropriate amount of protein for your muscles after you finish a workout so you aren't sore the next day!
