I actually managed to pick this one up by accident during the credits sequence. Once you've completed the game, you'll be taken to a basketball court/arena to beat up Foot Clan jobbers while the credits role. The longer it goes on, the more variety of ninjas you'll get joining in. I was actually attacked BY a bomb bag Foot and the enemy numbers were so dense that more than five of his buddies died with him and it popped!
Note: this is after I'd beaten the game on Easy, so no clue on whether or not the strength of the Foot ninjas in this sequence scale with the game's difficulty or not. |
