Disapparate has been changed as of Patch 3.3 and because of that, the description for the achievement is no longer current to what you need to do now with the new changes. I didn't start playing Smite until after the new patch so I don't know if its easier before or after but here goes.

All you have to do now is kill an enemy god with your Disapparate ability. I found Arena is going to be the easiest chance you can get to having that happen. Similar to before you'll want to dive into a group of enemies and if someone is low health when they hit your trail, hopefully they will die.

For me it took 2 Arena games so YMMV. I don't think it will be overly hard to get done as with Arena, many opportunities should present itself.
