You need to first unlock Drunk Princess mode which is done by first completing the game once in the normal mode and then again in Angry Princess mode. After that, enable Drunk Princess mode and beat any level in under 6 minutes. Here's a video of me doing exactly that on the first castle. I take 5:02 to finish the castle and make several mistakes along the way, so this is a pretty easy achievement:
