the following is a guide copied from https://tombraiders.net/stella/walks/TR10walk/collectibles/b...

    RELIC 1
The single relic in this level can only be obtained after the witch is defeated. From the Witch's Cave Base Camp, enter the ruins. Go through the first round room, where Nadia is standing, and up the stairs to the northwest. The relic is sitting on the floor in the room with the rugs and ladder. Check the map and walkthrough for details.

    DOCUMENT 1
The first document is lying on the ground next to the Wicked Vale Base Camp. If you missed it the first time through, just fast travel back to that camp and pick it up.
    External image

    DOCUMENT 2
This document is sitting on a crate at the top of the stairs just north of the the Wicked Vale Base Camp.
    External image

    DOCUMENT 3
The next 4 documents are in the canyon with the rusty tanks and pipes. The main walkthrough tells how to get them in order, but if you missed #3, return to the Wicked Vale Base Camp and follow the tunnel to the northeast. Go past the distilling vat and jump into the pool below. Swim to the ledge on the south side to find the document.
    External image

    DOCUMENT 4
This document is also in the canyon with the rusty tanks and pipes. Follow the walkthrough the first time. Or, if you're backtracking later, start from the Wicked Vale Base Camp, follow the tunnel to the northeast. Jump down onto the natural stone pillar between the waterfalls. (screenshot) Then turn around and use the metal rings to grapple-swing across the gap to the document.
    External image

    DOCUMENT 5
This document is in the area where you destroyed the gate by exploding the witch's distilling vat. If you missed it, return to the Wicked Vale Base Camp and follow the tunnel to the northeast. Drop down onto the ledge below and to the right of the vat. (screenshot) Turn around and use a rope arrow to pull down the barrier to reach the document.
    External image

    DOCUMENT 6
This document is in the dark passageway northeast of the Wicked Vale Base Camp. If you missed it, return to the camp and follow the tunnel just as far as the room with the torches. The document is sitting on the worktable here. In this screenshot the spot is circled, but I've already picked up the document.
    External image

    DOCUMENT 7
This document is is in the forest south of the Wicked Vale Base Camp. The first time you pass through this area, Lara is hallucinating and you can't pick up any collectibles. Once you have the antidote, or later after defeating the witch, return to the base camp, head up the stairs, enter the vale, and follow the passage to the south. When you emerge in the woods, head for the far left (northeast) corner to find the document. Use the map if you get oriented.
    External image

    DOCUMENT 8
This document is in the same general area as #7. Follow the instructions above to get back here. Then head southeast until you come to a cluster of storage boxes. Just beyond them is the gap in the rocks that leads down toward the quarry where you fought the wolves. The document is sitting on one of the boxes.
    External image

    DOCUMENT 9
This document is lying on the ground in the quarry where you fought the demon wolves. You can't see it the first time because Lara is hallucinating, but you can return here later by following the instructions for documents #7 and #8. Squeeze through the opening in the rocks beyond document #8. Continue southeast, drop down into the quarry, and look for this document on the left (north) side.
    External image

    DOCUMENT 10
The next 3 documents are in the rope works area where you must raise the wooden platforms in order to reach the gondola. You can get all three on your first playthrough by following the walkthrough. Or return here later from either base camp. Document #10 is sitting on a crate in the northern corner of the lower level.
    External image

    DOCUMENT 11
This document is also in the rope works area described above. On the lower level, on the southwest side of the pool, there's a crack in the wall. Swim inside to find the document at the end of a dead-end passageway.
    External image

    DOCUMENT 12
This document is also in the rope works area described under #10. To reach it use the dangling wooden platforms to climb to the second winch on the upper level, southwest side. Then jump over the broken wall, as shown in the screenshots accompanying the main walkthrough.
    External image

    DOCUMENT 13
This document is near the Witch's Cave Base Camp. After riding the gondola or fast traveling back to this camp, stand in the gondola and face southwest. The document is in a little alcove behind the waterfall. A pair of burning torches inside the alcove show where to jump.
    External image

    DOCUMENT 14
This document is sitting on a crate next to the Witch's Cave Base Camp.
    External image

    DOCUMENT 15
This document is in the first round room, just inside the ruins near the Witch's Cave Base Camp. You can retrieve it the first time you pass through or later, after defeating the witch. At that time you'll find Nadia using the crate with the document as a worktable.
    External image

    DOCUMENT 16
This document is only available after you beat the witch. Return to the round room just up the stairs from the Witch's Cave Base Camp. You'll find Nadia working there. Head down the stairs near the dead soldier and swim along the flooded passageway. Just before the end, a side passage on the left leads to the document. Check the walkthrough for more screenshots.
    External image

    DOCUMENT 17
This document is only available after you beat the witch. It's in the second round room, at the top of the stairs to the northwest of the room where Nadia is working. This is the same room with the ladder and the rugs on the floor, where you find the relic.
    External image

    DOCUMENT 18
After defeating the witch, return to the arena where you fought her. Scale the climbing walls in the alcove on the north side of the room. (screenshot) Then turn around and use your grapple axe to swing over to the document, as shown here.
    External image

    DOCUMENT 19
Again, after defeating the witch, return to the arena where you fought her and climb up to the middle level. (There are several ways to do this. The walkthrough describes one.) Jump onto one of the wooden platforms circling the middle level and ride it around to the north side of the room. Then jump onto the ledge with the painted murals. The document is here on the right.
    External image

    DOCUMENT 20
This document can also be found in the arena where you defeated the witch. Jump onto any of the moving platforms on the middle level, ride around to the ledge with the vat on the northeast side of the room (C on the map) and jump off there. Scramble up into the alcove on the wall behind the vat to find the document.
    External image

    DOCUMENT 21
The last document is in an alcove high on the south side of the arena where you fought the witch. In order to reach it, you must complete a challenging timed sequence, starting from the fourth vat, on the southwest side of the room (D on the map).
    External image

    ARCHIVIST MAP
This item is also in the arena where you fought the witch. If you missed it the first time through, return to the Witch's Cave Base Camp, enter the building, and climb up to the vat on the southwest side of the room (D on the map). Ride one of the moving platforms around to the yellow ledge above and a little to the left of the vat. (screenshot) Pull up onto that ledge, turn right, and continue past the next vat (E on the map). Drop down into the room at the end of the walkway to find the map. Then pull down the rope-wrapped barrier to exit.
    External image

    EXPLORER SATCHEL
The explorer satchel that reveals the location of the six survival caches is in an alcove on the west side of the arena where you fought the witch. If you missed it, return there via the Witch's Cave Base Camp. Swim across the pool and climb out on the small, floating pallet. (map)" rel="external nofollow noopener noreferrer" >screenshot) Jump from there to the ledge. Pull up and enter the passage directly ahead. The satchel is inside on the right.
    External image

The SURVIVAL CACHES are listed here in the order in which they're found in the walkthrough. Your order may be different, so compare annotated level map to your in-game map if you're not sure which one(s) you're missing.

    SURVIVAL CACHE 1
This cache is in the forest south of the Wicked Vale Base Camp. When you first visit this area, Lara is hallucinating and you can't pick up any collectibles. Once you have the antidote, or later after defeating the witch, return to the base camp, head up the stairs, enter the vale, and follow the passage to the south. When you emerge in the woods, follow the path to the right and you'll find the cache buried along the southwest edge of the forest. Look for the flashing light and use the map if necessary.
    External image

    SURVIVAL CACHE 2
The next cache is in the same forested area as the first. Follow the path to the southeast until you come to a cluster of storage boxes. Squeeze through the gap in the rocks behind the boxes. When you emerge on the other side, turn right and follow the path. The cache is buried behind a tree at the first bend in the path.
    External image

    SURVIVAL CACHE 3
This cache is near the Witch's Cave Base Camp. It is buried next to the rope-wrapped handle that controls the gondola. If you ride the gondola from the east to west, as you do the first time, the handle and cache will be on your right as you approach. If you're starting from the base camp, just follow the wooden plank walkway down toward the gondola and handle, as shown here.
    External image

    SURVIVAL CACHE 4
This cache is in the large arena where you fought the witch. To reach it, follow the instructions for the Explorer Satchel, above. The cache is buried at the left end of the same stone passageway where you find the satchel.
    External image

    SURVIVAL CACHE 5
This cache is near the previous one. As you exit the passageway where you found cache #4 and the Explorer Satchel, turn right. Use a rope arrow to pull down the wooden barrier, if you haven't already done so. Go through and scramble onto the ledge ahead to find cache #5 buried just below the 2 dangling platforms.
    External image

    SURVIVAL CACHE 6
The last cache is in a raised alcove on the highest level on the north side of the large arena. It's near the final vat you used to defeat the witch (E on the map).
NOTE: If you already found the Archivist Map and pulled down the rope-wrapped barrier to get out of that room, you can take a shortcut to cache #6. Start from vat C, on the middle level, east side, and climb onto the ledge to the north. Go through the room where you found the map and climb two ledges to get back to the highest vat. The alcove with the cache will then be just ahead on the right.

    OVER THE CUCKOO'S NEST
This challenge requires you to shoot 10 hanging lanterns. All are located between the two base camps. You can complete this challenge when you re-enter the Vale with the antidote or later after defeating the witch. All of the lanterns are marked with red dots on the annotated level map.
The first 4 lanterns can be shot down from the quarry where you fought the wolves. To get back there after completing the level, fast travel to the Wicked Vale Base Camp. Climb the stairs, enter the vale, and follow the passage to the south. When you emerge in the woods, follow the path to the southeast, squeeze through the gap in the rocks behind the storage crates, and continue to the end of the path. Then drop down into the quarry.

    LANTERNS 1 & 2
The first two lanterns are hanging high above the east side of the quarry. The pistol works fine for all but the highest one on the east side. You can use the bow or rifle, or wait until you're higher up to shoot it.
    External image

    LANTERNS 3 & 4
The next two lanterns are off to the west. One is hanging beneath a stone archway. The fourth is just above and to the right of the third.
    External image

    LANTERNS 1 & 2 (again)
If you missed the first four lanterns, you can also shoot them from the platform where you board the gondola at the east end of the canyon. Here, Lara is standing on the platform with the lever that calls the gondola. Lanterns #1 and #2 are hanging near the end of the gondola cable.
    External image

    LANTERNS 3 & 4 (again)
When standing on the platform with the lever that calls the gondola, the next 2 lanterns can also be seen off to the west. One is hanging beneath a stone archway. The fourth is just above and to the right of the third. You can also shoot them from the moving gondola
The remaining 6 lanterns can be shot down from the moving gondola, but the last 3 can also be targeted once the gondola comes to a stop. You can target most of them while moving in either direction, but these screenshots show the gondola moving along the canyon from east to west.
If you missed any of these lanterns, fast travel to the Witch's Cave Base Camp, get on the gondola, and use a rope arrow to pull the switch to send the gondola moving back to the east. Shoot as many lanterns you can. Then pull the lever again to move back along the canyon to the west. When you've completed the challenge, use the Witch's Cave camp to fast travel out of the vale.
    External image

    LANTERN 5
As the gondola begins moving to the west, stand at the front for a better view. After passing through the archway where the third and fourth lanterns were hanging, there are 3 more lanterns almost directly ahead. Concentrate on shooting lantern #5, directly ahead under the stone arch, since you can only target it from this side.
    External image

    LANTERN 6
Next, turn left and shoot lantern #6, which is hanging under another stone archway off to the south.
    External image

    LANTERN 7
Then turn right and shoot lantern #7 in the alcove to the north.
    External image

    LANTERN 8
If you're riding the moving gondola from east to west, the lantern #8 on the left, and the gondola passes very close to it. Otherwise, return to the Witch's Cave Base Camp and follow the wooden walkway down to the gondola. Jump onto the gondola and move through to the back. Then look to the right to spot the lantern, shown in this screenshot.
    External image

    LANTERN 9
If you're riding the moving gondola from east to west, the next lantern is also on the left, just below the water wheel. Otherwise, return to the Witch's Cave Base Camp and follow the wooden walkway down to the gondola. Jump onto the gondola and move through to the right side, near the waterfall. Look down over the edge to spot lantern #9, shown in this screenshot.
    External image

    LANTERN 10
The last lantern is suspended below the platform where the gondola stops at the end of its east-to-west run. You can shoot it as you approach. (screenshot) Otherwise, return to the Witch's Cave Base Camp and follow the wooden walkway down toward the gondola. You can then shoot lantern #10 through the gap in the walkway.
