  - From the main menu, go to the "AVATAR" tab
  - Press to reach the "CATALOG" sub-tab and select SERENA, she's a free character so you don't have to spend any real money to get this Achievement.

  I got it by attempting to change my avatar’s appearance. On screen appeared a message saying press X. I did so. It popped.

  Go on avatar, customize, then change the skin colour. It worked instantly for me. Too easy.
