Quite an easy achievement, to say that - at the time of writing - only FIVE people have unlocked it.

Select Multiplayer.
Set the game settings to Escape, 5 cards, 14 gems, 5 or 10 rounds.
Choose an AI Dungeon Master.
Select him to be "biased against an individual who will be selected at the start of the first round" - this option may present now or after selecting the characters.
Select your character and team colour; recommend Meru.
Select any other 2 characters, and make sure they are on different colour teams - everyone should have their own team colour, thus effectively making it a free-for-all.
At the start of the game, choose two of the agility (blue) dice and one mechanical (orange) die, and place your character along the path which looks the simplest for reaching one of the exits opposite. Bear in mind the DM can and will place his units in YOUR way at the start of your first turn.
After the AI have finished placing their characters, you'll have the ability to select who the DM is biased against. Make absolutely sure the orange square is highlighting your character (click cn_RSc to change the camera angle if needed) and press cn_A.
Now, progress through the rounds moving as far as possible in one turn by using your plethora of cards and re-roll gems, rotating and flipping rooms as necessary to ensure you finish your turn on a safe square, especially from the DM's pesky Sentinels and the like. You should make it to the end in three or four rounds with relative ease. If your path gets blocked by a Shadow, don't forget you can rotate and flip rooms to get yourself headed to an alternate exit!

This strategy can be employed to gain several achievements, such as the one requiring you to win against 3 AI opponents without ever killing anyone. Just adjust the number of players / AI as necessary.
