    If you wanna get this quickly you can do this in Arcade.I got this while going for another achievement.

    Go to Arcade mode, combat challenges, the challenge called Hostage Situation.

    There's plenty of grenades and guys to get this in arcade.

    Actions
    Once you have grenades this is easy. Just select grenades with cn_B then throw one with cn_RT in between two unaware enemies for maximum effect!
