This is attained throughout all of Chapter 8: The Letter, requiring you to break all the ice in the level. There are a total of 3 rivers you will cross and 1 small puddle. To break the ice, you will need to jump on it 2-3 times, but watch out that you don't fall into the water or you will die! The achievement can be seen in this level walkthrough starting from 0:18 to 9:50
