  Easiest way I found to deal with her is to strafe the whole bloody match. While you strafe and dodge with 'A' hold 'X' to deliver ranged attacks. There may be moments where it has a B over Kaguya's head you can use Y+B to get in close and attack but you only need to do that once in my opinion. Ranged attacks are king

  For the Susano'o fight against Kaguya's tailed form:
  1. Strafing is your friend.
  2. Her big beams, black hole balls, needles, and little lasers are not.
  3. Range attacks are the best attacks.
  
  Basically, charge chakra when there's a pause in the attacks so that you can use the charged range attack and deal massive damage. When she swiped at you, just hold one direction and don't stop moving until the swipes are over.
  
  Keep in mind that you move slower while charging chakra so don't charge during the swipes or the black hole balls. The little lasers you can get away with and the needles need some circular strafing to fully dodge.
  Step 1: , (hold)..(hold)..(Release)
  Step 2: Repeat Step 1 until chakra is gone.
  Step 3: + <>(hold) until chakra is full.
  Step 4: Rinse and repeat.
