    These two pirates did not spawn for me on my first game save, or i just forgot to look for them and I ended up exploring half the map for them

    So I did a new game and immediately found the two of them in the tutorial hiring section of the game in the first town, Got 1 for free and farmed nearby island and ships for gold for the other one.

    What i can suggest is keep making a new game and going through the tutorial until you see 2 of these pirates in the 1st tavern in the tutorial section.

    Best to get this at the beginning!

    Buy David Welch as you first pirate going through the tutorial. Then when you get over 70 coins go to a town and buy Rodrigo.

    According to comments below its random where they are so just keep checking towns.

    HFD R3m0t3 j03your solution is wrong. it seems its totally random, as i was able to get both of them on the same island. just look in the taverns until you find one or both of them. it does not matter where.

    RedmptionDeniedThe town for Rodrigo was TwoRock for me. Was a one skull location so think it's probably one of the first towns available, but the names may be a bit random.
