  Left ending (faster):
  

  *** Spoiler - click to reveal ***You become the God of the Sun and destroy Harran with a nuclear warhead.

  
  
  Right ending (slower, harder):
  

  *** Spoiler - click to reveal ***You don't listen to the Mother, you have to go through a boss fight, you go back to Harran (cutscene, not gameplay) and because you consumed some of the "cure", you become a volatile. Volatyle Crane? Sorry.

  ive beaten it and have not gotten this achivement at all

  You get it right after pressing LB or RB. Maybe you haven't beaten the game yet? The last mission is going to the Dam (power plant).

  You magically can. Whatever ending it is logically you won't be able to, but you will be able to play after it. The game says that before opening the lighthouse door, too.

  I think you have to beat it twice. I chose the right ending and it never unlocked.
