    Actions
    When you die, if you had items in Aesop's inventory slot they will still be in his inventory when you start a brand new game.

    You literally could just drop 1 cattail in aesop's inventory, kill yourself immediately, and start a new game for the achievement to pop.

    FailedSeppukuIt took me the longest time to work out how this wasn't popping, there's a 'Pet Inventory Persists' option in the start menu ... mine was turned off.
