At the main menu, choose "Arena" then "Gladiator".
Teams - "Yes", Lives - "A lot!", Time - "60" (As long as you want, but if any ability is activated it will stop tracking - 300 can be problematic), Random Ship - "No".
Preferably join with two controllers and no bots.
For the 2nd controller dummy choose the "Pulsar" ship with Ion vulcan.
For your account choose the "Grinder" ship with Ion vulcan.
For the map, there is no perfect choice, but choose an Alpha sector - either Uruk Belt or Sector G62.
Do not press any weapon buttons - only use RB and the joystick to ram the opponent ship to death. Each instance of this will count towards the achievement. It seems any use of weapons at any point in the match voids progress for the rest of that match.
