    The best (easy and fast) place I found to get this was level 19.

    There is a bazooka in the second room - kill all guys in first room, get key and minigun is Your! :) Kill others guys with minigun and repeat level.

    TrombonafideThe secret room in level 17 has one. It starts you in a room with a mini gun and several unarmed enemies. And if you die you restart there.

    Way easier.
