  This can be located on Spiderweb Island. All you need is the Scimitar to stab the ground and reveal the chest.
  
  Take the wagon across and climb the tree to get to the location the chest is in.

  Once you're ready to go to the fifth island, Mud Bog Island, backtrack to Spiderweb Island instead. Retrace your original steps up the tree and into the next area until you see a treasure chest underneath your feet. Use the Scimitar to break open a path and open the treasure chest for the achievement.
