Hello and welcome to PBreezey's guide for The Division achievement "The Captain"
To unlock this achievement you will need to complete the mission "Lincoln Tunnel Checkpoint," which is located in the Hudson Yards area and has a minimum recommended level of 5. You will want to complete this mission ASAP to unlock the Security Wing of your base which provides you with access to new skills, skills mods, talents, perks and more for your base. The mission is easy and straightforward, once you join up with Captain Benitez there will be a boss battle with an elite sniper. Take out the enemies and the achievement is yours!
Word of Warning There is a reproduce-able glitch associated with this mission. When you join another player's session, it is possible for the ground to disappear and you to fall through the map. After a few seconds of falling you will get the message to the effect of "Out of Playable Area, Returning to Playable Zone" and you will be teleported back to your Base of Operations. However, the ground will still be gone and you will be unable to complete the mission if you return to the area. You will need to go to your dashboard, quit the game and reload it to continue playing. I have spoken with a member of Ubisoft support and they are aware of the issue and are working on a patch. I will update this with any information I receive.
