Hello and welcome to PBreezey guide for The Division achievement "Medic!"

To unlock this achievement, you will need to revive a team mate 20 times while playing co-op. First, you need to be in a group. You can join or create a group by going to the Group Management screen and either: 1. Inviting friends to a group; or 2. Enter matchmaking by pressing cn_Y to be paired with other players. You can also enter matchmaking for any of the main story missions scattered across the map by highlighting the mission and again pressing cn_Y. If you haven't earned it already, this will net you:

To revive an ally, your ally first needs to get downed. Depending on your ally's level, gear, etc. the amount of time or number of enemies it takes to down them will vary. However, once they are down you simply need to revive them.
    - You can revive allies by simply being near them and holding cn_X until the come back to life. The amount of time it takes to revive an ally depends on how long they have been down for. You can still revive an ally when they are "dead" but this revive takes much longer than if your ally was taken down just a couple of seconds ago. TIP: You can remain in cover and revive your allies. If they have the ability to crawl to you, have them crawl to you while in cover and revive them from cover once they are close enough. If they can't crawl, run to them and take cover then begin the revive.
    - You can also revive allies using the Support Station ability or the First Aid ability if it is equipped with the Defibrillator mod. The Support Station will even instantly revive an ally if you equip it with the Life Support mod. Using the Support Station or First Aid abilities will allow you to safely revive allies from a distance without ever leaving cover. Just make sure to hold down either cn_LB or cn_RB (whichever you have it mapped to) before firing the ability so that you can ensure your allies will be within it's range.
    - Lastly, you can revive allies using the Recovery Link ability (Medical Wing Signature Skill). You activate Recovery Link by equipping it and then pressing cn_LB+cn_RB. As it states, it will revive downed allies that are within range. Using this method will also help you work on:

Obviously you can grind this achievement by working with a group of friends, having them consistently get downed and then reviving them, but it's not necessary. If you are playing the main story missions in co-op, or are in the Dark Zone in co-op, you will have plenty of opportunities to revive your group members. And you should be playing co-op as often as possible so that you are working towards:

The achievement seems to even Pop when reviving yourself while in a group. I was in a group and used my healing box and received the achievement when I revived myself.

If anyone finds this is no longer the case let me know.
