This should come pretty naturally as you break enough blue crystal growths throughout the game. And if you're using your abilities frequently (which is necessary for some other achievements, as well as just being good practice generally) this should unlock in no time. This popped for me shortly after entering Black Root Burrows, but your mileage may vary. If needed, this version allows you to do stuff after the final boss so you can always mop it up then too.
