Nearly every robot enemy you encounter throughout this DLC will have robot components – or “mods” – on them. As such, be sure to loot every fallen robot after you’ve killed them. When collected, these mods will appear under the “Mods” sub-section of the “Inventory” tab of the Pip-Boy.

You should have no issue unlocking this achievement naturally over the course of the DLC so long as you actively loot robot hostiles.

Elite1111111111It seemed like when you beat the DLC it gave you all the mods, so you should get the achievement even if you don't get it beforehand, but I could be wrong.

FullMoonBeaverI've just completed the Headhunting mission, and I have 14 mods but no achievement.

HolyHalfDeadYou will unlock all Robot Mods on completion of Restoring Order. This means you don't need to worry about missing any, and it's up to you if you collect some along the way.
