This is given for defeating Kyo in the second fight against him during the events that occur when you choose which vessel to cooperate with (or rather give a single blood crystal to the vessel you've already given the most crystals to over the course of the game. It is the last thing shown on the blood crystal skill tree with more than one option.).

This battle can be pretty intimidating, while as Kyo is not particularly powerful, he brings a gigantic robot named Odin to assist him, and Odin can do absolutely astronomical amounts of damage, likely able to one-shot most party members. This fight can be turned around fairly easily though, as Odin and Kyo both only use physical attacks. If you have a party member that has been both a high level mage and a cleric, spamming 'multi-avoid' with the 'master cast' skill a few turns in a row should skyrocket everyone's evade so high that neither will be able to hit anyone in your party. While doing this setting the rest of the party to using any and all defensive tactics (Black Wall divinity, Ninja's Illusion, Cleric's Holy Shield, Knight's Iron Defense, etc..) to keep the party from dying while still able to be hit. Having someone with the Cleric spell 'Divine Armor' casting it on someone each turn until everyone is buffed will help anyone that does get hit not die in a single swipe. After everyone's avoid is somewhere near 100 (it is shown on the right side of the screen when you choose actions.), you should be able to handle taking down Odin and Kyo with relative ease.

If you still have trouble or need to gain levels for skills or class changes, the best exp grind spot I've found in the game is the top floor of the M.o.Storms in a hiding spot at X:15, Y:10. You will only fight the butterfly-attracting flowers here and they give more exp than most bosses. If you pass a few times you can usually find two or even three at a time and they generally can be killed in one or two hits of a ninja's 'assassination' after using 'magic weapon', though you might need to buff the ninja's accuracy with a mage's 'Hit' or 'Multi-Hit' to hit the yellow one before it runs. You can also easily stall the match to have a dancer refill your morale gauge before you kill it so you can fight as many as possible before leaving the dungeon.
