  After you completed act 1, you could select two options in juction. There are two chievos. You could select both ! Dont miss that. You need to click after the chievo showed up, select and press Restart from last checkpoint. After that you could get second chievo to. Second chievo -

  If i replay a junction do i lose the opportunity to load later chapters?

  After choosing another option, you could still access to the later junctions in the timeline and replay them to collect corresponding achievements, I've just tested it.

  Are you sure Fourier? I just tried to unlock the hardline achievement on my hard playthrough and it didn't pop through chapter select.

  I am not sure why these achievements are marked as unmissable since after you finish the game you can just use the timeline to load up the junction points and pick the option you didn't before. Just make sure you finish the game first and get all the collectibles as going back to the timeline and changing your decisions will wipe away some of the collectibles for 100 percent completion.
