This achievement is quite easy. To get a red medal you need to complete the level on hardkore mode to get on this click RB whilst on the level select menu
Harkore mode makes the level harder by putting restrictions on the level such as limited time and number of moves
Here I have the moves you need for the first 10 levels
R= Right
L= Left
D= Down
U= Up
