  As far as I can tell only the Gulpers, Crawlers and Anglers count towards this achievement as they are the only new sea creatures added in this DLC.
  
  You will fight a lot of these during the story / exploration of Far Harbor so I would worry too much about farming them but if you do want to farm them the best place I found was the marsh area between Haddock Cove, the Ruined Church and Fringe Cove Docks which is located in the South West of the map. Just walk around this area hitting the VATS button () as it will target them when they are in ambush mode. When I did this I only needed 4 more kills which I found easily but the enemies should respawn within 24 hours if you need more.

  If rad chickens and hermit crabs work then do wolves work too? I’ve killed quite a few of them already so I might be a lot closer to
  getting this if they count.

  Is this bugged for anyone else, or does anyone know a workaround? There’s no way I haven’t NOT killed 30 of these creatures at this point..

  I noticed that many achievements in this game have a problem, that sometimes they just don't unlock; the way is to go back to the save and try again, maybe you have to count exactly 30 kills, after that it doesn't release, no matter how many kills

  Oddly enough, Rad Chickens also count, as it was killing a Rad Chicken which unlocked the achievement for me. Rad Rabbits may count as well.
