This achievement can be earned in the level "School Routine".

About halfway into the level you will come across the school. Simply follow the wires all the way up to the top of the roof and light up the light at the top to get this achievement.

Below is a clip I made of how to get both this achievement and:

Because they are essentially earned very close together.



*Note the achievement doesn't unlock in the clip because I had earned it before making it. Once you light up the light at the top of the school it should unlock for you.
