Go to Nascar Expansion tab in the main menu of Forza 6, choose Multiplayer.

When you go from the lobby to the race track, the cheevo will pop while the race track is loading.

As said above, this now works again. Get it while you can. It's the only working public multiplayer mode right now. Other modes like Leagues are still down. You can help get it fixed and read more information here: Get Unobtainables Fixed!

Doesn't work anymore unless it is wonky. EDIT: I clicked League than Multiplayer again and I ended up in the multiplayer menu but finding a public match is just not happening.

Just in case you are thinking about it, private Multiplayer match does not work. You have to do a public race!
