    The pulse bomb is Tracer's ultimate ability (Y button). In my experience with this ability the bomb doesn't travel very far. Now maybe I just suck, and/or wasn't doing it right. Anyway, what I did for this achievement was single out all the big/slow moving character's. Keep an eye out for D. Va, Reinhardt, Winston, and Road Hog. They are big, easy targets for this one. Once you get your ultimate charged simply dash right into their face and hit 'Y'. You'll get an on screen notification saying "Stuck" if you hit them with it. Keep in mind, you don't have to kill the person you stick, you just need to stick them. This is why targeting the big character's is the best thing to do, plus they have the largest target for which to stick. Hope this helps someone out!

    SergeantMajorAJI know this guide is a bit old, but I thought I would post that B.O.B counts too. While he hurts, he doesn't dodge or move once he hits until killed or ends.

    Bunny BreakfastThis achievement is almost impossible to do in any other gamemode than Payload. The matches in any other gamemode just don't last long enough to get 4 Ults off, especially if you are trying to guarantee a stick...

    SenpaibunniI did it 4 times on a Dva in quick play and it didnt work… like does she not count bc it a suit or something?

    Tracer's Pulse Bomb ultimate ability allows her to throw a sticky bomb. This may seem daunting but isn't difficult. Build your ultimate by damaging bullet sponges like Roadhog or Reinhardt.

    Once your ultimate is built, find a large unaware enemy and get up close to them and use the sticky bomb. Once stuck, a large STUCK will appear on your screen. This is most easily done while on defense in my opinion. It is particularly easy to stick Reinhardt by blinking behind enemy lines and walking up behind them. Bastion can also be an easy target if you're able to be sneaky. You'll want to avoid small and fast enemies, as you are likely to miss.
