What does Resurrect do?
Resurrect is bound to Mercy's Secondary Fire which is cn_LT by default.
Resurrect allows Mercy to bring back one (and only one) ally back from the dead. She must be in a 5 meter radius of them, have line of sight, and must resurrect them before they respawn (10 seconds). Resurrect has a cooldown of 30 seconds. It has a cast time of 1.75 seconds and reduces your speed by 75% while casting.
Souls are dropped at the position of allies which allows you to get to them quicker with Guardian Angel (Ability 1, cn_LB by default). This also works with allies that are living.

What does Valkyrie do?
Valkyrie is bound to Mercy's Ability 3 which is cn_Y by default.
Valkyrie, according to the description, enhances her abilities for 15 seconds. But what exactly does that mean? Here's a list:
Mercy no longer gains any Resurrect enchantments from Valkyrie.

Caduceus Staff
Beams affect all allies close to the ally you are targeting
Increased range

Guardian Angel
Increased range

Caduceus Blaster
Infinite Ammo
Faster projectiles

Gains ability to fly
Health regeneration starts immediately
Health regeneration is not interrupted by damage
Movement speed increase
How do I unlock Huge Rez?
Play safe. You're going to want to stay behind and rez when you can, but be careful if a rez is too deep. Intentionally not healing an ally that is close by can net you an easy rez (and it brings them back to full health too!)

You want to be careful of enemy ultimates, especially Soldier: 76's Tactical Visor and McCree's High Noon as they can swat you out of the sky in an instant. Flankers like Genji and Tracer can also cause problems when trying to stay back, so knowing where the nearest health pack is located is helpful.

This is a new account that I used to verify that the achievement had been changed/was obtainable. I used the Xbox DVR to record this, so the achievement will not show up in the video.
This is also the the oldest "New Mercy". This video will get update sooner or later (probably a lot later, if I'm being honest)

Boosting Methods
Group Boosting
1. Get in a group of at least 2.
2. Enter the game as a team and have them play as a tank.
3. Have them protect you and when someone dies, let them protect you as you Resurrect.
4. If you have more than 2 people, have the other(s) go as tanks or healers and protect you the whole game.

The Lockdown Method
This is the most common method to boost Overwatch that requires 12 people.
*** Spoiler - click to reveal ***

Oasis: City Center
I originally had a method that involved the cars on this map, but found it too unpractical because you need at least 2 minutes (because of Resurrection's cooldown) and you'll put your team in a horrible place (which can get your friend banned for not playing the game).

*Spectators will only fill allied spots.
