First, you'll need to travel to
Henderson and once you have the
Cinema as a Fast Travel point. You're ready to go.
- Waypoint is the Cinema.
- Church is to the East.
- Player is running towards the Portal for the Makeshift Hospital.
Cecil is located
South of the
Cinema and the portal you're looking for is
Makeshift Hospital It is
OPPOSITE the
ChurchThere is a Screamer in the street with a bunch of Walkers and Infected.
This is the Church to your left. Go right.
You DO NOT want to run down the slope.
Once inside, you'll need to press the intercom to the right of the iron gates to go upstairs, talk to Cecil and you'll start helping the hospital.
You'll be given 2 Quests by Cecil:
- The Darkness
- Healthcare
Note: There is a collectible location spoiler within this text.
*** Spoiler - click to reveal ***Grab Morphine from the pharmacy (there's none) so you then go to the Military Base in search for some. You'll also come across one of the abominations needed for Hunter-Seeker "Walking Carcass" it may be a different monster but this may or may not count towards your tracker as the monsters have their own Dead Zone's. (I don't know why Techland did this)
In the green tent towards the back is Recording #10
In the medical tent is the Morphine, return to Cecil.
Achievement unlocked.

Sean's Quest "ER" is
NOT needed for this achievement but
