  When fighting Slash at the end of his stage, it will be dark and you can only see a little ahead of you, find one of the concrete pillars and crawl up to the top. Look around. You'll notice a glowing red switch on the ceiling. Simply throw a shuriken in the direction of the switch and it turns on the light and the achievement will pop up.

  Just to clarify, this is during the main boss fight at the end of the Slash Level.
  
  You can fight Slash in a couple of different areas. He can join in as a secret boss during the Armagon fight, and he also turns up in the Krang Mission when you fight through every boss before fighting Krang.
