165 10 28Actions Report Solution - Intervention Locations -An Intervention is an encounter where you'll find 2 guards harassing a civilian. Beat up the guards to complete the Intervention.- In theory, provided that you do all the billboards (12), you need 3 Interventions for this achievement. However, one of the billboards seems buggy and does not add to your %age.- Interventions will not reappear after you've done them once. - Appearance of interventions may be tied to the time of day and mission progress.- The "scripted" Intervention during a story mission does not count towards the achievement.1. From the Eden Village safe house, take the only zip line down. When you land take a few steps forward and turn slightly to your left. You'll see the group of NPCs on the lower platform down a set of stairs. (Accessible post story completion)2. Near Plastic's Lair safe house in Shimmering Heights, locate the dash "Donkey In An Oven". Standing on the dash's staring point, walk forward off the small ledge, past a rectangular glass barrier in the ground, drop down again off another small ledge, turn right and that's the spot (as described by RioT vIv). (Accessible post story completion)3. Near Plastic's Lair in Crystal Valley, locate the dash "Consumer Mayhem". From the start point, turn away from the stairs and head towards the glass office building. Drop down then slide down the sloped part, jump the gap between buildings (each have a ramp like thing on the ledges). Turn left, climb over the giant yellow/black safety landing pad, and to your right is a small "pit" in which you'll find the intervention (as described by RioT vIv). (Accessible post story completion)4. Fast travel to the Centurion Yards safe house. Jump down onto the giant yellow/black safety landing pad, continue across the walkway with the two flags, turn left and grab the zip wire. Drop down from the wire when you see a set of stairs on your right that lead to the roof of a smaller building. Go up that staircase. In the distance next to a orange and white building is a Intervention location (thanks again RioT vIv). (Accessible post story completion)5. Near the lone billboard in Crystal Valley. Standing under the billboard facing it, turn left and walk to the end of the building. On the next building, a little bit to the right is the intervention (thank you Picknicker9593). (Accessible post story completion) 6. From the Triumvirate Drive safe house, jump out the window next to which a runner NPC is standing. Run to the edge of the roof and slide down the pipe. Facing away from the safe house, turn left and head through the covered area/tunnel. Exiting the tunnel turn slightly left and run along the walkway to the next building. On the building, turn right passing by some cooling units (I think that's what they are). Go up the stairs on the left and keep going forward. Just after an air duct that you vault over, you'll come to a group of larger cooling units. On your right, there's a ladder that descends to a metal walkway.
