Act 6 Room 2 is the first time you will encounter a large V Bot.

This achievement is almost unmissable. The large V Bot is obvious when on screen. You can't attack it however. So what you need to do, is jump over it, then quickly jump over the red laser beam. They are not only big, but dumb too. The V Bot will follow you and fall onto the laser, killing itself, and you get awarded 50g for your troubles.
