Undoubtedly the easiest and quickest way to unlock this one is to find a low-gravity body. Simply find a celestial object (a moon, planet, or planetoid) which your ship is capable of landing on, and start getting some air-time! Find a steep drop such as the edge of a crater; put full pips to Engines and boost off the edge!

Pretty much almost every celestial body which can currently be landed on has a low gravity anyway so you shouldn't have too much trouble finding one, however, if you do, there are a few lists online which can help you.

You can view gravity and other information about a celestial body on the System Map screen, accessed by default via cn_Y+cn_right, or by the Navigation section of the Left Tab.
