    This achievement is to buy something from the shop which is ran by the Reaper.

    While going through the game you will come across the shop, which will be a doorway that says SHOP above it. I believe the first one is at the top of World 1-2.

    Just go inside and use cn_up once you have chosen something to purchase and select yes.

    *You will need at least 100 gems to get the cheapest items*
