  Take all of PAULINE FOWLER advise BUT set your game to "Rogue-Like" difficulty for the playthrough you attempt to do this on.
  
  In this mode you have a set amount of "hits" not "lives" so even if you get hit you don't lose a life. When you run low on hits you can go to the shop and buy lives but they just replenish the hits you can take.
  
  Also in the mode the treasure chests give out Power bonuses and even extra lives, as well as an increase cap to how many hits you can take. As PAULINE stated buying triple daggers helps.

  This is easily the most important piece of advice. I had hardly any power ups, single daggers, not to mention a lack of skill, but the margin for error on Roguelike made this still pretty simple :)

  I did it on world 4 without looking anything up. I think with tripple daggers that world 4 is BY FAR the easiest world. Didn't even realise i would get the achievement until it popped.

  Yes I was trying Rogue Like to boost my coins up and ended up getting this achievement, but none of my coins saved for upgrades :(

  i got this on world 1, i used the triple dagger, max power and the spheres from the shop. the spheres enable you to take a hit without dying while the daggers and power make the enemies a lot easier to kill. if you do get hit make sure you return to the shop to get a new sphere, and remember to just take your time and learn the levels.

  I used the Chakram. No power though. Took what seemed like forever. Good guide and a thumbs up from me.

  World 1 is the easiest for obvious reasons. This was the last achievement I got so I had a few upgrades: Range Up Lvl 4, Fire Rate Lvl 4, as well as the Shield and Power Up abilities to aid me in getting this achievement.
  
  I would advise taking it slow, killing as many enemies as you can, there's lots of given time to do so, and keep an eye out for spikes, floor panels, and hidden books. Take time to scan to area around you to be safe and you should be able to complete World 1 without losing a life quite easily!
