This isn't really a solution, but a warning for anybody playing this and using the offline exploit. Fully Equipped glitched on me when I played offline and went online in the middle of the exploit. It was stuck at 66%.
I noticed that for some reason the patch added extra tractors and for whatever reason wouldn't pop the achievement because there wasn't enough to hold.
That being said, if you decided to play offline, do every achievement offline and then log back in. It'll save you a few minutes and a lot of head scratching. |
