Not really another solution, since the link in Itzz Sh0wt1m3's is fine, but mine was stuck on 0% and I figured out a fix for anybody else who might be experiencing the same issue!

Anyway, I had initially installed the standard Android version from the Play Store. After maxing that out, I uninstalled the app, and downloaded the Amazon store version. I noticed my progress was not increasing for biomes UNLESS it was a super rare one that I know I hadn't visited in the Play Store version. I realized that I only uninstalled the app when I was done, but didn't delete any data. Upon completely erasing all traces of Minecraft from my phone, I reinstalled the Amazon version and biome progress went up as expected! :)
So give that a shot if you're stuck!

TL;DR: Erase all traces of Minecraft from your phone if you're stacking the Play Store and Amazon store versions!

Jon81DI couldn't get it to work by just clearing cache etc, I ended up doing some more steps to get it to work. After clearing cache and uninstalling, I searched for my file explorer app, and within that I searched for minecraft, there were 2 folders in here, i deleted these, then I searched for mojang, there was another folder here, which I deleted. Once I had done all this, I restarted my phone for good measure. I then had to reinstall the achievement world and after jumping on the long railway track, it unlocked after about a minute for me.

SpeciallyTDerpJon81D's advice worked perfectly for me! Thanks!

Bastian ReaderMake sure that when you’re teleporting to all of the biomes (using Itzz Sh0wt1m3s world) make sure to wait for the new location to fully load up. Achievement didn’t pop for me, so I used the teleporter again and slowly went to the next biome, staying about a minute in each biomes and it popped my two missing biomes.

After it has been asked a few times, I thought I'd just make a guide instead of typing the same thing over and over. Biomes are basically landscape types, e.g. jungle, desert, ocean, river, forest, plains, nether, the end, etc. You can technically get this achievement in the same world just by wandering around. You will also need to build a nether portal for another achievement. Enter the portal to add the nether biome to your list.

I found this guide very useful, which was written for the Windows 10 version of the game. Basically use these seeds while creating a new world (make sure that it is a survival world).
Just walk around in each world for a bit to make sure that you have been in (a) new biome(s).

Solution for Adventuring Time In Minecraft (Windows)
(I take no credit for this solution btw)

If you don't have the achievement by the time that you've used all of those seeds (which is unlikely), just create a random new world and run around to discover more biomes. There are more than 17 biomes, so in fact it is quite easy to obtain this achievement.

Exe the HeroAny word on this one being glitched after a recent update? My achievement tracker in game is showing at 0%, which isn't even possible because starting the game would place you in a biome. I see a few people have unlocked it this month, but...

Itzz Sh0wt1m3No idea. I would just try those worlds and see if it unlocks. Wouldn't trust that progress bar too much if I were you.

Exe the HeroI actually added my own solution since I figured out the issue. The files between the Android and Kindle Fire version were clashing!
