  For this achievement all you have to do as you progress thru days one, two and three is not sell any junk you collect while looting any objects or characters. There seems top be no carry limit on how much junk you can carry but if you don't like carrying it as its not really good for anything but to sell you can store it in you bedroom toy box. Keep in mind if you decide not to pick it up you will need to backtrack thru the whole city again as there is the Junk Peddler and Make it Rain achievements for selling 300 junk items and spending $500. After the achievement pops sell away to unlock Junk Peddler then spend the gains for Make It Rain.

  To unlock the For the Hoader achievement, you must not sell any weapons, armour, consumables, junk, wigs, eyewear, makeup, facial hair, equipment patches and/or weapon strap-ons throughout the entire game. After the last mission of the game ends, you should unlock this achievement. Hope this helps.
