So do the stuff mentioned here if you haven't started the DLC:
Next you'll have to do another quest that immediately starts after the one mentioned above. Go to the mansion to kill someone. Then once that's completed you'll have to return to the light house and then from there go to the Sanctuary.
Once in the Sanctuary talk to the marked objective and then you can talk to all the other people that get marked or you can go straight to Elam Drals.
Elam Drals will give you your first quest which will count towards this challenge upon completion. After the first quest you'll need to consult the book to the right of Elam to get more of the quests. They're not limited to being done daily, you can do as many as you want per day.
How they work is you get the kill quest, then you'll have to travel to some location in the game world. Get to a specific area and then you have to find a person with a hand print icon above their head. Upon killing them you return to Elam to complete the quest. Each completed kill will give you 4%.
This is actually a pretty easy and fast challenge, it just has those couple of quests you have to get done first.
Some things to note.
-If you're new to the game it doesn't matter, they changed the whole leveling system so a relatively low level player can do this.
-If you have any stolen goods, get rid of them. If you kill your target close enough to other people they will alert the guards and you'll get a bounty. Basically the radius is the same for people noticing you pick pocketing someone else.
-Last thing now that you're apart of the Brotherhood you can crouch and get behind someone to use the Blades of Woe (
+
). I believe this will instant kill your target or at least it should for these quests. Makes the whole process clean and fast, less chance for other people to see and get involved. (Using it will also be the next challenge achievement for the game, so might as well get used to it.)
