How to unlock the What You Need achievement

  • Removed Gamer
    Gamer has been removed

    Actions
    If you don't get it while just playing, load up Act I Scene 5 (A Chance Meeting).

    Instead of progressing to the right, go left. Use your axe to break the boards in the fence and crawl through. Move a little bit further left. There's a dead body leaning against another wire fence. Pick up the health upgrade from the body.
